The historical house in the sunniest location of Mürren could fill novels. After about ten years of hibernation, the history of the former Grand Hotel is being continued. The current pop-up establishment is designed as a temporary solution until the planning for the extension and conversion is completed - hence the name "Pop-up Lodge". This restricts the use of the hotel building to the rooms. All other services are provided by the Alpine Sports Centre, with which the Pop-up Lodge works very closely. For example, the reception desk is located at the Alpine Sports Centre counter.
The Alpine Sports Centre also has a large indoor swimming pool and inviting wellness and fitness facilities, which can be used by our hotel guests free of charge. The hotel building and the Alpine Sports Centre are connected with each other, so you can walk in your bathrobe directly into the indoor pool, sauna or steam bath. We would also be happy to book a massage or beauty treatment for you with our experienced masseurs or beauticians.

The swimming pool includes a 25m pool, an indoor whirlpool and an outdoor whirlpool and the wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and a steam bath.
