Käthi's B+B is located in the tranquil mountain village of Guttannen in the middle of the village away from the through road in a quiet location.
The public transport stop can be reached in 3 minutes. The village of Guttannen stretches from the bottom of the valley in the village area at 1060 m.a.s.l. in a large arc over Handegg, Grimsel Hospitz, the Grimsel lakes, Ober- and Unteraargletscher to the Schreck-, Lauteraar- and Finsteraarhorn at 4274 m.a.s.l. The glaciers in the village area are the source of the river Aare.
We are on the well-known route over the three passes Grimsel, Furka and Susten. Guttannen is the ideal starting point for many activities such as cycling, biking, hiking and climbing in summer.
In winter, Guttannen has a ski lift for children and a cross-country ski trail with night lighting. The winter sports area Meiringen-Hasliberg is only 15 km away.
Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can relax in our cozy and quiet ambience. Three of our four double rooms are located on the second floor of the house. The rustic fourth double room is located in a former cheese spycher which stands in our beautiful flower garden. Free WLAN is available in all rooms.
To linger and relax, there are cozy seating areas around the house.
